QC/Technical Support

We conduct a Total Quality and JIT Management system following ISO9001:2000 standards. The testing equipment is developed in-house. To ensure the product quality, materials and components undergo thorough inspections at each stage of production. Products are then randomly checked and a final check is also conducted for all finished products (pre-packaging) before delivery.

Our quality system is conducted strictly in accordance with ISO 9001:9002 standards. We always place quality in the first place and try to provide zero percentage defective products in order to meet the customers' requirements and expectations. We regard quality control as not just the duty of the QC department, but expect all staff to be responsible for the job of quality control.

We have established a professional QC team, with 12 members engaged in product inspection and 5 members in quality management. We have a complete testing center to guarantee quality standards. Stringent inspection regulations have been implemented for all stages of the production process, from introduction of raw materials, through to semi- and finished-products.

Research and Development

Trained in computer technology, production efficiency, and market analysis, our research and development workers are constantly making new and improved products to meet the market. Approximately every 45 days a new product is released. With US$5000 invested in R&D we hope to be able to improve our production techniques and efficiency to create better quality products by more cost-efficient methods.
